Our Director of Nursing (DON) will begin by performing an initial client Clinical Assessment and develops a tailored Plan of Care (POC) for clients requiring assistance with basic activities of daily living (ADLs). In addition, the DON conducts routine client visits to perform POC updates and service provider supervision. All ASHC clients are introduced to the ASHC family by the Client Services team and receive periodic well-being checks to oversee quality assurance and ensure client satisfaction.
